    Recalls

    • 2025 · Fuel pump (51DT07) — It was found that the fuel pump impeller can swell under heat and the effect of the fuel; the engine may run poorly or stall. Scope: i20 and Bayon built between April 2021 and December 2022 (EU RAPEX alert 40/2025). Repair is free at an authorised workshop. Whether a car is covered by the campaign should be checked with the VIN. Note: cars built in 2020 fall outside this production range; a VIN check is still recommended. Source: compilation by RAPEX/car-recalls.eu and the Spanish press (KBA data); the campaign scope in Turkey still needs to be confirmed separately.
